In the past two years, the offices have undergone extensive renovations, achieving a sophisticated and modern finish. Each office is securely designed, and some offer the flexibility of connecting through internal doors. Every office is equipped with a cutting-edge air conditioning and heating system, ensuring optimal comfort.
Additionally, they are fully integrated with network and internet access to meet modern technological needs (subject to our fair usage policy). Common areas will undergo thorough cleaning on a weekly basis to guarantee a hygienic and well-maintained shared environment for everyone.

Olympic Offices provide the convenience of a staffed reception desk from 9am to 5pm, offering assistance with incoming visitors, handling postal services, managing parcel deliveries, and addressing any additional needs. In addition to office rental, occupants enjoy complimentary access to a communal kitchen.
This shared space comes fully equipped with essential white goods and everyday kitchen appliances, all included at no extra cost. Furthermore, there is available seating at our breakfast bar where you can relax, enjoy a beverage, and take a break from your office or desk space.

Access to the offices is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, providing flexibility for tenants to utilize the space at any time that suits their needs.
The lease cost encompasses electric and internet supply, subject to adherence to our fair usage policy. Additionally, it covers all business rates and the cleaning and maintenance of communal areas.
